Michelle Antonio is a professional career coach who is passionate about helping students and professionals achieve career success. Leveraging her 15 years of experience in recruiting, consulting, and career management leadership roles, she brings to her clients the power of insightful self-assessment, the value of clarifying one’s career goals, and actionable job search strategies. She launched Michelle Antonio Career Coaching, LLC in 2010 in order to focus her passion and energy on helping students and her clients achieve both their short and long term career goals.

During her 4-year tenure as Director of the MBA Career Management Office at The Wharton School, Michelle led a 20+ member staff and oversaw the full operations of the CMO. She developed critical relationships and insights across the broad set of industry employers who hire MBAs, which allowed her to further hone her expertise in career coaching and job search skills. She earned the director position after starting as a Career Advisor covering the Consulting and Public Interest sectors.

Prior to her roles at the Wharton School, Michelle spent 5 years in the consulting industry, as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and as the Recruiting Director of Deloitte Consulting’s Chicago office, where she facilitated hiring decisions on hundreds of MBA student applicants annually.

Michelle earned her MBA with honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, following 4 years at Information Resources, Inc. providing market research and consulting services to consumer packaged goods clients. She graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate business degree from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
