In 2003, David wrote the first edition of Crack the Case, and quickly became a sought-after speaker and coach at many premier MBA programs. Since then, David and the Zintervu (formerly MBACASE) training team have coached more than 1500 private clients and trained over 80,000 students at top MBA, masters and undergraduate programs around the world. He has helped candidates obtain positions with all of the major consulting firms, including McKinsey, BCG, and Bain. David’s background includes 9 years of consulting with Bain & Company and Andersen/Accenture, VP of Corporate Strategy at a large real estate investment trust, and VP of Training & Business Intelligence at an investment bank. David earned his BS (Econ) and MBA at the Wharton Business School.

Shiloah Ohrvall, VP of Ops

Zintervu’s day to day operations are led by Shiloah, David’s wife and co-founder. Shiloah & David met as undergrads at the Wharton School, where she earned her BS (Econ) with a focus on Accounting. She spent the first decade of her career as a CPA and manager at PwC, specializing in international & expatriate taxation. David & Shiloah have four kids and live in the suburbs of Dallas, TX. Her personal motto is “How hard can it be?”

Carole Driscoll, Event & Logistics Manager

Carole brings 25 years of office management and customer service experience to this key role. She manages our event logistics, contracts, billing and client relationships. Carole is a lifelong sports fanatic who roots for most California teams and especially her beloved USC Trojans.

Diadra Miller, Coaching Coordinator

Dee manages our coaching schedules and facilitates client bookings. With over 20 years of customer service experience, Dee takes care of our clients with boundless energy and a spunky attitude. She loves to garden and travel with her 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
