Lily has coached across a variety of industries and fields, including media/entertainment, business, technology, fashion, education, non-profit, and more. Having partnered with competitive, global employers as a career advisor in the university setting to build talent pipelines, Lily understands what hiring managers are looking for and how to explain that clearly to candidates as they hone their interview skillsets.

Lily has been selected to coach and build recruiting relations at top-tier universities, including public ivy and M7 institutions. Her work with David began at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, a top consulting program where they introduced Crack the Case Analytics. She has since partnered with him on Zintervu’s Interview Logic Behavioral coaching.

Lily has consulted with employers in competitive marketplaces across the globe to understand their pain points and deliver those insights to generations of rising talent. Lily has two graduate degrees in Counseling and Leadership, coaches privately, and built the Southern California chapter for a non-profit dedicated to rising STEM talent sponsored by The Walt Disney Company and founded by executives at Intel. In her free time, Lily enjoys the coastal life with her family, friends, and dog, Bella.
